8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Use of Service
Concept 2 Employment charges users to submit their resumes to those Employers and Recruiters whose profile selection criteria match that of the individual submits upon ordering. The services provided by Concept 2 Employment are billed to the user’s via PayPal. User agrees that by accessing these services, the user will be responsible for all fees associated with said services, and since these services are delivered on a pay-for-use basis, the user waives any and all rights to refunds once these services have been accessed and/or used unless Concept 2 Employment cannot provide service in a reasonable timeframe.
Concept 2 Employment may offer customers enhanced services either through Concept 2 Employment or other third-party providers. Such enhanced services may include, but are not limited to: upgraded resume, LinkedIn services, etc. These services may be offered on a pay-for-use basis. Customer agrees that by accessing these services, the user will be responsible for all fees associated with said services, and since these services are delivered on a pay-for-use basis, the user waives any and all rights to refunds once these services have been accessed and/or used.
Concept 2 Employment does not make any guarantee the customer will receive any interviews or will be hired based on the services rendered by Concept 2 Employment to customer. Concept 2 Employment does not guarantee that any Employer will read or view the customers resume from the services rendered by Concept 2 Employment to the customer.
10. Length of Service
Once the customers resume has been submitted, Concept 2 Employment will provide a report via email of the positions that were applied to on the customer’s behalf. Once the report has been submitted the service is terminated and marked as completed.
11. International Use of Site
User agrees to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, user agrees to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which user resides or accesses of Concept 2 Employment.
12. Digital Admissibility
You hereby agree that a printed version of this Agreement and of any other notice given in electronic form by Concept 2 Employment or in the Site, which is based upon or relating to this Agreement, shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings and subject to the same conditions as other agreements, business documents or records originally generated, entered into, signed or maintained in printed form.
